Using pilates principles, ihp is a low impact, high intensity workout available to every-body. Foused on core strength, increase of metabolism & overall stability, this series creates quick, visible results, its a ton of fun!
IHP is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training ( HIIT). Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. It is an intense - yet approachable - full body work out designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. IHP sculpts your body, creates long lean muscle mass, increases metabolism, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. With zero impact, you will protect your joints & pounding of other exercises like running or jumping. You will find stability in your yoga practice and everything else you do.
Every exercise we do has variations that are appropriate for the beginner, the student healing an injury, the student looking to get stronger than they are already. Simply do your best, every day you show up and you will see and feel results very fast. Every day, in every way you will feel it!
This class is performed in a warm room with ventilation, set to FUN UPBEAT music, a light show, and 60 minutes in length. All classes are suitable for everyone. All of our instructors are fully certified by Gabriella Walters, founder of IHP.
