26 beginning yoga postures and two breathing exercises designed to heal your body from the inside out.  The perfect class for anyone looking to feel amazing. Original Hot Yoga is a beginning yoga class comprised of 26 beginning Hatha postures, each one practiced twice, in a warm room. The heated room will allow you to heal faster, stretch deeper, feel better without injury. Set up like a chain reaction, the series of postures is designed to continually warm you up so from the beginning to the end of class you will never go into a posture underprepared. You will work your body and mind from the inside out, fingertips to toes, bones to skin - touching on every muscle, ligament, tendon, internal organ in your body every class - you will feel great! The series & class is always the same wherever you are on the planet - but you will never have the same class twice! Challenging, rewarding at every level, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - just show up and do your best! *B.Beats is set to a fun, rhythmic play list that will move you gently through class. The instructor may practice with you, instruction will be minimal so that you are able to relax into your class and simply enjoy the music as you stretch! ITS FUN! Our Hot Yoga classes are 60/90 minutes, performed in a warm room and are suitable for everyone. All of our Hot Yoga instructors are fully certified.

ORIGINAL HOT 26/2 YOGA PLUS

26 BEGINNING YOGA POSTURES AND TWO BREATHING EXERCISES + designed to heal your body from the inside out WITH a second set of FUN variations. This popular class blends the classic 26 postures from the Original Hot Yoga method with a second set full of FUN variations. It empowers practitioners to play and evolve at their own pace within the healing Hatha series. The teacher practices with you for encouragement and demos. Feeling curious and ready for a challenge? Try the 2nd set variation! Needing to stick with the 26 basics? Do the same thing 2nd set instead! This class is set to music is 75 minutes, performed in a warm room and is suitable for everyone; the second set 'variatio' is always optional. Get ready to try something new! This class will be available in 2019! * All of our instructors are fully certified.

BAPTISTE POWER FLOW YOGA

This flow will support you to raise your vitality and physical power, and will empower you to create accelerated results in your overall body strength and confidence. Baptiste Yoga, POWER FLOW yoga is a yoga class accessible to any age and ability level, It is practiced in a warm room and incorporates a flow of postures to raise your vitality, work cardio, overall body strength and confidence as well as peace of mind. The practice was founded in the 1940′s by Walt Baptiste and through his son Baron, it has evolved into a practice that holds true to the spirit of its creation while remaining accessible to anyone today. The physical aspects of Baptiste Yoga style are inspired by the Hatha Yoga teachings of Krishnamacharya and his students Iyengar and Desikachar. Practiced by people across the world and from all walks of life; from professional athletes; parents, teachers, Fortune 500 executives, and community leaders; individuals who have shaken depression, dissolved anxiety or lost weight and kept it off; people who have created inner peace, passionate relationships; sparked inspiration in their life’s work and created new possibilities in virtually every realm of life. YIN YOGA

45/60 MIN  |  HEALING HATHA YOGA

The foundation of this yoga is balance. Challenging yet slow paced it will heal the hips, pelvis, thighs & lower spine reducing overall stress. In a yin yoga sequence, poses are held for three to five minutes, typically with the support of blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters and performed on the floor - no balancing. Yin yoga classes will stretch the subtle, more stable connective tissues of the body rather than the large, dynamic muscle groups that are worked in fast-paced yoga classes, such as vinyasa flow, which could be considered “yang” yoga. This class will take you deeper into the dynamic that you feel in our Bikram Method 26&2 of holding, and then releasing, ( The tourniquet effect) creating more flow/circulation/healing in your connective tissue, joints & organs. Just as the symbol has equal parts yin and yang, incorporating some YIN yoga into your high-energy workout schedule will provide vital balance to your week of activity! These classes are performed in a 'lightly' warmed room, set to music, instructor led and 60 minutes in length. They are suitable for everyone. *All of our instructors are fully certified. INFERNO HOT PILATES (IHP)

Using pilates principles, ihp is a low impact, high intensity workout available to every-body. Foused on core strength, increase of metabolism & overall stability, this series creates quick, visible results, its a ton of fun! IHP is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training ( HIIT). Per­formed on a yoga mat in a heated room. It is an intense - yet approachable - full body work out designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. IHP sculpts your body, creates long lean muscle mass, increases metabolism, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. With zero impact, you will protect your joints & pounding of other exercises like running or jumping. You will find stability in your yoga practice and everything else you do. Every exercise we do has variations that are appropriate for the beginner, the student healing an injury, the student looking to get stronger than they are already. Simply do your best, every day you show up and you will see and feel results very fast. Every day, in every way you will feel it! This class is performed in a warm room with ventilation, set to FUN UPBEAT music, a light show, and 60 minutes in length. All classes are suitable for everyone. INFERNO HOT PILATES (IHP+) PLUS

Using full body principles of ihp, ihp+ classes add the benefit of weights and bands, as well as compound ( multi-joint) movements, saving time and maximizing efficiency safely in a weight training routine. IHP+ is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training ( HIIT) as well as MULIT-JOINT MOVEMENTS. Per­formed on a yoga mat in a heated room with weights and bands. It is an intense - yet approachable - full body work out designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. IHP+ uses bands and weights as well as the HIIT principles to sculpt your body, creates long lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. With zero impact, you will protect your joints & pounding of other exercises like running or jumping. You will find stability in your yoga practice and everything else you do. Every exercise has variations that are appropriate for the beginner, the student healing an injury, the student looking to get stronger than they are already. Start with NO or very LOW weight and work your way up very quickly. When you get tired drop the weight and keep going. HIGH REPS/ LOW WEIGHTS will create the long lean muscles you are looking for. Simply do your best, every day you show up and you will see and feel results very fast. This class is performed in a warm room with ventilation, set to FUN UPBEAT music, a light show, and 60 minutes in length. All classes are suitable for everyone. YOGA NIDRA

30/45 MIN I DEEP YOGIC SLEEP/ RESTORATIVE/ RELAXATION

Also called "psychic sleep," yoga nidra is a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns the awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. Performing yoga nidra involves practicing pratyahara ("withdrawal of the senses"), which is the fifth limb of Ashtanga yoga. Yoga Nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands the individual's self-awareness. Often offered as a POP up post physical work out ( IHP or one of our Yoga classes) this practice will settle your senses and all for even deeper benefits of the postures you have already performed - a kick start to the ‘after-burn’ the residual benefits of your daily practice. This class is performed in a warm room with ventilation, where you are able to support yourself with blocks/bolsters/ blankets and props so that you are able to comfortably reach that desired state of relaxation and rejuvenation.
